Slow cooker braised steak
2 braised steaks

Flour

Butter

Onion

Red wine

Veg stock cube

Tomato purée 

Garlic purée
Cut the steak into similar size pieces and coat in flour

Brown off in a pan in the butter and transfer to the slow cooker

Brown off the onion in the same pan in the butter and transfer to the slow cooker 

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato purée, 1/2 tablespoon garlic purée, and 2 tablespoons of red wine

Make up 1 pint of gravy with the veg stock cube dissolved in 1 pint of boiling water and 8 teaspoons of gravy granules.

Transfer to slow cooker covering the steak and the onions.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours and serve with loads of seasonal veg and potatoes
